From the moment you make your reservation, we act as intermediaries between you and the provider, transmitting the data of the reservation to the provider, and then sending you emails to perform the contract on behalf of the tour provider.

The information we show is based on the information provided by our providers. Although we try to make our service as accurate as possible, we can not verify or guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or correct. We are not responsible for errors (such as manifest and typographical errors), interruptions (due to temporary and / or partial server crashes or repairs, updates and maintenance of our website or other reasons), inaccurate, misleading or false information, or lack of information.

Prices and minimum price guaranteed

The prices that appear on our website are expressed in US dollars. All prices on the WWW.LIVINGPUNTACANA.COM website are shown with taxes included, unless otherwise indicated on our website or in the confirmation email. 

Modifications of date, weather and other

It may be the case that during the itinerary of the tour the weather changes, and, consequently, it would proceed to the following:

– Option 1. If this tour does not involve any risk to the safety of the members of the tour or its staff in charge, the itinerary is continued, no amount being returned.

– Option 2. If the tour is compromised on safety issues due to a weather change (the decision is taken by the professional team that makes the tour and the authorities of the sector), it will proceed not to continue with the itinerary, and in that case, 50% of the tour amount is returned to the client.

All our tours are exposed to weather changes since they are made in the tropics, and that is why we check every day with the authorities and the ONAMET (Dominican National Meteorological Office) the viability of the same: http://onamet.gov.
