The Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana hotel resort has received awards in six categories of the TripAdvisor Top Awards 2025 and Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best, becoming the first property in the Dominican Republic to be included among the best hotels in the world and in the Caribbean.

In the “Top” rankings in the Caribbean, the hotel was recognized as #1 Luxury Caribbean, #1 All-Inclusive Caribbean, and #2 in Top Hotels Caribbean, which includes all categories. In the “Top” rankings worldwide, Hyatt Zilara won the #5 All-Inclusive Hotels, #7 Top Hotels, and #21 Luxury Hotels in the world.
