Behind this growth is the development of its ‘star’ project, the Larimar City & Resort tourist complex in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, which will include 20,000 apartments and villas, six hotels, a shopping area, medical centers, university, offices and entertainment centers. business.

 

It will also have sports equipment and green areas, almost three kilometers of ‘promenade’ with restaurants, beaches, swimming pools, beach clubs and an 18-hole golf course, among other features. The forecast for the total execution of the city is 12 years.

 

In the publication of the advance results for June 2023, the company already indicated that the sales progress of this project, which ensures that it has become one of the best investment options on the market, exceeded 50 million euros in October.

 

The new plan also shows a gross operating result (Ebitda) of 97 million euros in 2026, compared to 5.5 million in 2023, and a result before taxes of 86 million, in contrast to the 3.3 million in 2023.
