How do I reserve Punta Cana tours and activities on the site?


On our website you will find an easy way to book any Punta Cana tour or activity for your vacation. We have more than 30 Punta Cana excursions to choose from! Select the Punta Cana activity that interests you most, click “book now“, indicate the date you would like to take the tour, the number of travelers, desired times if applicable and voila. After completing a simple form with your information, you’re ready to pay and receive the confirmation of your purchase. Finally, you’ll receive your boarding pass via email with details of your reservation.

 


I’ve reserved my Punta Cana tour and received my boarding pass, now what?


Print your boarding pass or save it on your phone and bring it with you to the tour. It is mandatory to present the boarding pass on the day of the tour! Among other information on the boarding pass is NOT indicated your pick up time (one way transportation) and the meeting point. This info will be provided to you by email two or three days before the day of the tour. If you have any questions regarding this point, have your boarding pass handy and contact us by email or telephone or by chat (whatsapp). We will be happy to help you!

 


Besides Punta Cana tours, can I reserve Punta Cana airport shuttles on the site?


YES, you can book your Punta Cana airport transportation through livingpuntacana.com, both for when you arrive in the Dominican Republic and for your return trip home. Do I need a credit card to purchase Punta Cana excursions on the site?


No you do not. Your Punta Cana tour reservations can be paid securely using credit card, debit card or Paypal.

 


Is it secure to provide my credit card/Paypal information?


Yes it definitely is, because in order for us to make the purchase process quick and safe for both buyer and supplier we have implemented a secure tool to make the transactions so you do not have to worry; you are purchasing in a safe site. I have not received my confirmation yet, what do I do?


Send an email to info@livingpuntacana.com with your name and your confirmation number. We also provide you assistance via chat, Contact Form and phone.



My reservation details are not correct, how may I modify them?


You can ask us to modify them via chat or telephone, sending us an email to info@livingpuntacana.com or Contact Form adding on it your name, reservation number and the correct information.


May I book even if I do not stay in a hotel?


Of course you can. Please contact our Customer Service who will give you all the options we have for you.



I forgot my confirmation number, and now?


You can ask for your service confirmation number through chat, telephone or sending an email to info@livingpuntacana.com or Contact Form with your name and the selected tour.
