Refunds & Cancellations
When making a reservation, you agree to receive an email, which we can send you shortly after your online reservation or few days before your arrival date, where you will find information about the pick up point, the pick up time and other information and useful tips. You also agree to receive an email, which we can send you after your tour, inviting you to complete an opinion form.
In case a customer, after booking a tour, wants to cancel or is not able to take part on it we will provide the full refund directly through Paypal or on the card used for the online reservation if the cancellation is required BY EMAIL within 24 hours before the starting of the tour.
Cancellation must be required BY EMAIL, (or by text in case) in order to have a written proof showing the exact date and time the customer asks to cancel. We will not accept cancellations by phone.
If the cancellation is required less than 24 hours before the starting of the tour due to any reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstances, etc) and the customer is not able to reschedule, we will keep the deposit paid in advance or the 50% of the total price if the customers has paid in full.
In case the tour itself is canceled due to weather conditions or other not ordinary reasons, the customer can choose to reschedule the tour or receive the full refund.
This policy DOES NOT apply for PRIVATE CATAMARAN CHARTERS and large groups of 10+ people where the cancellation is required at least a week in advance to get the full refund.
Cancellation, no show and missed payments
When making a reservation for an excursion, you accept the cancellation and no-show conditions (if you do not show up), as well as other additional terms and conditions that may affect your reservation. It is known by “No Show” that the client does not show up for the reserved tour without prior notice or communicate his intention not to attend within 24 hours of the start of the tour. If you wish to review, modify or cancel your reservation, consult the confirmation e-mail and follow the instructions indicated or contact us at your earlier convenience.
Credit card
The payment of the amount of the contracted services can be done in some cases by credit or debit card at destination, but in this case, this form of payment carries a supplement of 18% of the remaining amount to be paid depending on the receptive, due to the fees imposed by the payment gateways of the bank in question.
